Realtor Toni Shroyer, Panelist
Toni Shroyer offers more than 20 years
Real Estate experience and has been designated with the Senior Real Estate Specialist (SRES) by the National Association of Realtors. She attended UC DAVIS, graduated from UCLA and received her California Teaching Credential from Sonoma State University. Toni Shroyer

of The PRESIDENT'S CLUB and CHAIRMEN'S CLUB of BRADLEY REAL ESTATE, and continues to be one of Bradley Real Estate’s top producers. She is active and serves on boards of community organizations.
Christina Sherman, Board Certified Family Law Attorney, Panelist
Christina is a Board Certified Family Law Specialist, and she holds a Masters of Laws in Taxation.
Christina graduated cum Laude from the University of Oregon in 1995 with a Bachelor of Science degree in Architecture. She returned to school a decade later to attain her JD, after a successful career in an international civil engineering firm.
Christina holds a B.S. in Architecture from the University of Oregon, a Doctor of Jurisprudence from Golden Gate University, and a Masters of Laws in Taxation
from Golden Gate University. She received the Witkin Award for best paper in Remedies and Community Property, and the CALI Award for highest grade in Business Associations, Civil Procedure and Community Property. She was the recipient of the Monroe Seifer and Catherine Sherburne-Thompson scholarships.
Christina lives in West Marin with her son, where she enjoys the area’s peaceful and beautiful surroundings. She enjoys hiking, reading and volunteering in her community.
Kathleen Nemetz, Certified Financial Planner, Moderator
Kathleen works with clients to build solid financial foundations for realizing long-held dreams. She earned her MBA in finance at Pace University in New York, New York and is a registered investment advisor in San Rafael.
Ms. Nemetz can offer invaluable knowledge of retirement planning and estate planning matters. She builds portfolios that generate steady income in retirement. For clients desiring trusts, she works closely with estate planning attorneys in tax planning around current income, as well as around the eventual disposition and investments . She is a non-accounting member and an officer of the California Society of CPAs, and a non-lawyer member of the Marin County Bar. A public speaker, she hosts a quarterly television program called “Women On Money,” for Comcast local station 26, Marin.
Tamara Hull, CPA, Panelist
Tamara Hull, CPA, advises clients at Stephan J. Delahunty Accountancy Corporation in Novato, CA. She first took an interest in accounting at age 16 in high school and she never looked back. The daughter of a languages teacher, she offers great skills in translating the vocabulary of accounting into common, everyday terms that the average person can understand. She also credits her father’s psychology training for her skills in business therapy. Tamara indulges her passions in cars, racing and rollercoasters, and contributes as a volunteer to many community organizations, including her services as a racing official.
